Hi — I'm the person behind Family Health Tracker. I'm a father of two, living in Montreal, and this app started from a very ordinary problem: I couldn't keep track of my kids' health information. Vaccine dates, growth checkups, doctor visits — it was all scattered across paper folders, texts to myself, and half-remembered conversations at appointments.

The moment that really pushed me to build this was during my wife's pregnancy. She developed gestational diabetes, and her doctors sent her home with a paper log to track her glucose readings by hand, several times a day. Watching her manage that on paper, on top of everything else, made it obvious that families need a better way to hold onto this kind of information.

So I built the tool I wished we'd had: a calm, private home for a whole family's health story. One place to log a reading in seconds, see trends over time, keep track of every doctor, and pull up a clean summary the moment you need it — at a checkup, in an emergency, or just for your own peace of mind.
